I've been beyond the blog cosmos for a week: Boston Marathon, hiding under the boat tarp, etc., etc. The FBI 'thermal heat' video of Suspect #2 in the boat is like one of the strangest avant-garde films imaginable.
And so, yes, had my first yoga class yesterday; BV and I did this. I discovered I breathe in a manner that is completely back to front. Glad to know I *can* breathe, though.
